About the Event
Are you someone who loses sleep around a full moon? While many of us might be attuned to a PMS change in mood, few of us are aware that a full moon can also throw us out of whack. Join us to learn what happens to us around a full moon, and how each one has unique energies that provide us with an opportunity to grow and heal. Using ritual and meditation, we'll guide you in identifying something that no longer serves you, while showing you how to use a full moon to get you back into sync.
